I’m a first generation German American, born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, living in the Pacific Northwest. As the queer daughter of an immigrant, I grew up immersed in a variety of cultures including Chicano, Korean, Japanese, German, and many others. The diversity in my community nourished a deep appreciation for global folk arts, and a great respect for Indigenous sovereignty. While I have always been an avid outdoorsperson, gardener, and forager, I now have limited mobility, and my art has become a way to pursue my passions from within my studio on days when my body is unable to take me into nature.

My favorite mediums are watercolor and a variety of fiber arts depicting subtle themes of growth, ancestral connection, queerness, and healing through nature. In my work I seek to mirror my humanitarian values and a restorative relationship with all living things.
In addition to my shop, I offer custom watercolor paintings that capture your beloved pets, family recipes, or favorite flowers. I also enjoy sharing my skills with my students at workshops both for the public and in the form of private parties. Art parties are available for birthdays, baby showers, bachelor/ette parties, and more. |
